Psychosocial hazards are experienced differently by individual employees based on their personal situations and resilience at the time of experiencing the hazard. A psychosocial hazard for one person may not necessarily be a hazard for another.
Management and mitigation of the majority of psychosocial hazards requires a tailored approach based on a knowledge of circumstances surrounding individual employees and strategies that can be employed in those circumstances. Those best placed to advise and implement are often frontline leadership.
This workshop equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to have constructive conversations with employees to identify, develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate common psychosocial hazards and model practices that set standard to begin to embed a psychosocially safe culture.
Individuals who have direct responsibility for teams or indirectly lead team through subject matter expertise and influence.
Participant handouts containing key concepts, tools and templates.
