She is a tertiary educated, ethical, and committed Diversity and Inclusion Specialist with 15 years’ experience in various senior leadership roles in the Mining, Manufacturing, and Resources Industry.
Sharlie has successfully lived, and led, the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion policy in continuous operations, and high-pressure environments, resulting in significant improvements in safety, production, and business resilience. She maintains a proven ability to practically implement Diversity and Inclusion policies in complex continuous operations facilities and is skilled in leading and managing teams to develop and deliver Operational Inclusion and Diversity strategic initiatives, collaboratively developing and embedding holistic solutions and systems. Sharlie has intensive experience in designing and developing training to deliver a safe, diverse, inclusive and sustainable operation representative of the community. She is known for understanding complex environments quickly, with excellent, results driven problem-solving skills.
