Embedding an inclusive workplace culture depends on the ability of your leadership to engage and support your workforce in aligning performance with inclusive workplace culture. Your leaders need to be able to live and lead inclusive practices in a relatable, relevant and successful workplace environment, to set individual performance goals that encourage inclusive and respectful behaviours while achieving outcomes, identify opportunities to increase diverse contributions to the business by developing manageable flexible work arrangements and critically assessing how work gets done, empower diverse teams with individual development plans to build capability and business resilience, empathise with the challenges faced by diversity groups in current workplace environments and proactively eliminate exclusive behaviours through a “step-up” process that resets expectations and rebuilds relationships.
If you’re looking for a catalyst for culture change – enable and reward the behaviour you want to see more of and disable and discourage the behaviour you don't.
This workshop is for frontline leaders and HR professionals. Enable your leadership to engage your workforce to build capability and resilience and embed respectful behaviours as the way you do business.
Participant workbooks containing key concepts, tools and templates.
A mindset to participate with an intent to positively impact your workplace culture.
