Yet many employees have never been given a shared language or practical framework for understanding or building it.
This evidence-based session introduces employees to the concept of psychological safety, the neuroscience behind why speaking up feels risky, and the everyday behaviours that shape safer, more connected team environments. Participants leave with both a shared vocabulary and practical tools they can apply immediately — regardless of their role or seniority. Designed for general office-based teams at all levels, this 90-minute session works well as a companion to manager-focused psychological safety training or as a standalone team wellbeing and culture offering.
