Our First E-Learning ‘From Gaps to Gains: Mastering Needs Analysis’ is LIVE. Click here to access.
Positive mental health is a premium state that helps keep us airborne when the prevailing winds of doing business and working in the 21st century pull us in the direction of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
If left unchecked, these realities can leave us feeling disgruntled, disempowered, distressed or depressed (to name a few), eroding our mental health and damaging our sense of self and place at work.
The focus of this workshop is on how to boost wellbeing and to use it as a vehicle to successfully manage the way we make decisions, foster change, manage risk and solve problems, all critical factors for our success at work.
It’s about learning how to take care of our physical self, how to use our mind constructively, how to express and manage our emotions effectively and how to recognise and support others in times of need.
Regardless of your title, If you are part of a team at work, this workshop will be of benefit to you. Come on a journey of self-discovery to explore the reality of your experience at work through the lens of positive mental health and see how you can optimize personal wellbeing and also support others in times of need.
Just yourself and a willingness to reflect. All workshop materials, including your participant handout, are provided on the day. No prior knowledge or preparation is required.
Participants receive a professionally designed PDF handout including key reference content from the workshop, self-assessment tools for identifying personal emotional patterns and priorities, and a structured personal planning template for applying what they've learned. Designed to be used during the session and kept as a practical resource afterwards.
Caroline Crosbie works at the intersection of neuroscience, performance, and workplace wellbeing — helping individuals and teams in demanding environments perform sustainably, regulate effectively, and work together well.
With over 30 years of experience and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Ireland, Caroline brings a rigorous evidence base to everything she delivers. Her work draws on sleep science, nervous system regulation, and the psychology of team dynamics — translated into practical tools that work in real workplaces, not just training rooms.
She works primarily with leaders, managers, and teams in government and professional services — environments where the pressure to perform is high, the margin for error is low, and the human cost of getting it wrong compounds quietly over time.
Caroline's programmes are part of the Sustainable Performance Series — a suite of evidence-based workshops designed for organisations that take performance seriously and understand that sustaining it requires more than resilience training.
It goes without saying that a great number of people are stressed and anxious in the current global climate; anxious about their lives, anxious about their loved ones, anxious about their livelihoods, anxious about their larders, anxious about their leaders…the list goes on. Crises cause stress and stress causes mistakes, so this begs the question…how […]
