This half-day workshop gives all employees a deep, practical understanding of psychological safety and their active role in shaping it. Drawing on neuroscience, behavioural science, and somatic awareness, participants develop insight into their own threat and safety responses — and build a practical toolkit for contributing to healthier, higher-performing team environments. Suitable for general office-based teams at any level, this workshop complements manager-focused psychological safety training and broader culture, wellbeing, and psychosocial risk programs. Structured around guided practice, reflection, and group discussion, it builds genuine capability rather than passive awareness.
Each participant receives a professionally designed PDF handout created specifically to accompany this session. It includes key reference content from the workshop, self-assessment tools for identifying personal patterns and priorities, and a structured planning template for applying what they've learned.
