This session names the specific psychological and behavioural patterns that make high performers disproportionately vulnerable to burnout and gives participants an evidence-based framework for assessing their own risk and beginning to address it. It is deliberately non-clinical, non-pathologising, and framed around sustainable performance rather than illness.
