    Eliminating Sexual Harassment through Allied Workforces

    Overview

    Workplace culture is influenced by leadership but determined by all.
    This workshop is designed to give employees at all levels of the business an understanding of what behaviours constitute sexual harassment under the Sex Discrimination Act. Their legal obligation under the act and the effects of these behaviours on individuals, families, colleagues and businesses. It equips employees with the knowledge to be allies against sexual harassment. How to identify sexual harassment when it happens and have an agreed upon manner to stop it immediately and longer term to eliminate it in the workplace. To identify the signs that someone may be experiencing sexual harassment and how to support them to stop it.

    Eliminating sexual harassment from your workplace culture relies on everyone understanding, owning and committing to their accountability as individuals and Allies.

    Who is this workshop for

    All members of your workforce. Teams should attend as a team with their supervisors. Numbers can be adjusted to suit

    Handouts/materials provided

    Participants booklet containing key concepts, tools and templates.
    At the end of the session the participant will have a team agreed list of behaviours that will be called out in an agreed manner to eliminate workplace sexual harassment.
