Workplace culture is influenced by every interaction between employees within an organisation. An aligned understanding of disrespectful behaviours, the ability to identify them in the workplace and the confidence to have constructive conversations that encourage positive behavioural change are essential to creating lasting culture change.
This workshop provides employees with the skills and confidence to identify and constructively address disrespectful behaviours, both for themselves and others at a peer level. Through a combination of case studies, skills practice and participant discussion, participants will develop a shared understanding of how to have conversations that discourage disrespectful behaviour and encourage positive behavioural change while knowing when escalation is appropriate.
