    • Establishing a relationship by finding out what’s important to people inside and outside of work and how do they manage to align this.
    • Establishing goals and how they fit into the business and individual bigger picture.
    • Exploring challenges, pathways, alternatives and issues related to achieving the goals.
    • Developing a plan with clear actions and measurable outcomes to work towards achieving the goals.
    • Providing support and assistance to achieve progress against plan with room for if something is not working.
