An enlightening and diverse 22-year career in the resources industry, with over 15 years of experience in a diverse range of senior management positions forms the basis of Sharlie’s extensive knowledge of leading teams to build inclusive, sustainable workplace cultures aligned to high performance, psychological safety and business resilience. With experience in senior cultural development, business improvement, safety and training, operational and change management roles, Sharlie has successfully lived and led the implementation of strategic initiatives in continuous operations environments, leading teams to develop tactical business solutions that deliver key performance outcomes.

• Providing support and assistance to achieve progress against plan with room for if something is not working.
