Leesa Tongoulidis

Leesa knows what it takes to lead through complexity, uncertainty and organisational change. With more than 30 years' experience across major Australian and international organisations, she works at the intersection of people, leadership, digital transformation, change and organisational performance.

Her career includes executive leadership and organisational development roles with Suncorp, QBE, Comminsure, AXA, Canon Oceania, Study Group, Optus, Jones Lang LaSalle and icare NSW, alongside extensive consulting experience across government and statutory authorities, healthcare, education, professional services, and social impact organisations. She brings first-hand experience of leading high stakes transformation, organisational design, people and culture, learning and development, employee and customer experience, workforce capability and capacity planning.

An IECL-accredited Executive Coach with over 4,000 hours of coaching experience, Leesa combines contemporary leadership research, systems thinking and behavioural insight with practical organisational experience. She has coached, advised and developed more than 250 executives, and senior leaders.

Leesa is particularly skilled at helping leaders make sense of complex situations, challenge their thinking on established assumptions and strengthen their capacity to work effectively within changing environments. Her work explores the relationship between individual leadership behaviours, team dynamics and the wider organisational conditions that influence performance and growth.

With over 15+ years experience as a learning designer and facilitator, Leesa creates engaging, inclusive and highly participative learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, personal reflection and practical application. She draws on multiple disciplines to help participants explore different perspectives, develop new capabilities and apply their learning to real workplace challenges.
