With experience in senior cultural development, business improvement, safety and training, operational and change management roles, Sharlie has successfully lived and led the implementation of strategic initiatives in continuous operations environments, leading teams to develop tactical business solutions that deliver key performance outcomes.
Positions held include Operations Manager, Business Systems Manager, Inclusion and Diversity Lead, Training and Safety Manager and Hiring Manager.

- Establishing a relationship by finding out what’s important to people inside and outside of work and how do they manage to align this.
- Establishing goals and how they fit into the business and individual bigger picture.
- Exploring challenges, pathways, alternatives and issues related to achieving the goals.
- Developing a plan with clear actions and measurable outcomes to work towards achieving the goals.
- Providing support and assistance to achieve progress against plan with room for if something is not working.
