This workshop focuses on the critical first step of "Sizing Your Change" using the AspireCM Discovery playbook.
Participants learn to evaluate change scope by analysing external and internal environments and business characteristics.
Key activities include conducting a Force Field Analysis to identify driving and resisting forces and performing a comprehensive Complexity Assessment. The workshop guides learners through gathering essential data like strategic goals, business cases and risk registers.
The primary outcome is the ability to categorise initiatives as Tactical/Simple, Moderate/Complicated or Complex ensuring the subsequent change approach is scaled appropriately to maximise return on investment.
The Complexity Profiling approach is adaptable for any change delivery mode (Project, Agile, Organisation, Portfolio etc) with the outcomes providing insights into benefits, risks, operational and human readiness.
All change professionals, communication and learning professionals, project professionals, HR, Agile coaches and Scrum masters.
Participant workbook, templates and tools, assessment templates and reference materials.
Laptop and work example (optional).
