The Practitioner training builds on the Foundation learning and is designed to build upon knowledge gained in the APMG CM Foundation course, this 1.5 day Practitioner course includes a full day of new insights and a 2½ hour multiple-choice scenario based exam.

Her approach is to support business leaders transition change with minimum disruption to their operations and staff.
Bev's career has a combination of business accum through the leadership of business unit team of 120-150 staff, strategic leadership through delivery of enterprise change management functions and portfolios, strategic change leadership across technical complex programs, growing successful National training teams through leadership, training pathways and capability frameworks and building change chapters for corporations and associations (private and volunteer led) – all blend with her pragmatic approach to business opportunities and leadership style.
Bev has extensive learning, training and facilitation skills developed through a life long learning approach and recognised ability to create safe, fun and growth focused learning environments.
Bev’s qualifications include: Graduate Certificate in Change Management (UNSW), APMG Authorised Training Organisation for the facilitation of the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course, Neuroscience for Change at Work and the AI Project Governance Framework). She has her Certificate IV TAE and receives extremely high evaluation metrics from her participants, regardless of the content she is facilitating.
Bev also has a deep understanding of Portfolio, Program and Project Management, and can delivery in waterfall, agile or hybrid environments.
Bev was the inaugural President of the Association of Change Management Professionals Perth Chapter (which she initiated in 2018) and from 2023 became the Australia and New Zealand Chapter. She was previously the Chapter Lead for the Change Management Institute, Perth and often speaks at a variety of Perth based associations including the Project Management Institute (WA), community and volunteer groups.
