This discovery-focused workshop centers on ensuring change leads to measurable success. Participants learn to define success metrics and align them with the organisation's mission and project goals.
The session explores Business Benefit identification through the 2 benefit types and 6 classifications.
Start by aligning the benefit up to the organisation (Portfolio/Program or Business Unit) strategy for business owner responsibility, then agree metrics, reporting and realisation opportunity through planning for long-term realisation post-implementation.
Learners focus on the integration of project and change outputs to ensure "Shared Objectives" are met.
The workshop prepares participants to establish business-as-usual (BAU) metrics ensuring the transformation remains sustainable and continues to deliver value long after the initial cutover.

Bev’s qualifications include: Graduate Certificate in Change Management (UNSW), APMG UK Accredited Facilitation (CM Foundation & Practitioner), Certificate IV TAE. She is currently completing her ACMP CCMP Change Management Standards accreditation.
She has successfully led and developed an in-house team of 10 change practitioners at HBF, provided in-house training for Modis consulting, facilitated APMG CM courses since 2012 and has provided change management resourcing for Department of Fire & Emergency Services, BHP, Landgate, City of Canning.
Bev is currently the President of the Association of Change Management Professionals Perth Chapter (which she initiated in 2018) and was previously the Chapter Lead for the Change Management Institute, Perth.
