Overview
Strong strategic leadership is about more than setting direction, it is about making sound decisions, aligning people around shared priorities and responding confidently to an increasingly complex environment.
Delivered over two half-day workshops, this practical program equips leaders with contemporary strategies and tools to strengthen strategic thinking, improve decision making and translate strategy into action. The time between sessions allows participants to apply their learning in the workplace, reflect on their experience and return with insights that deepen discussion and practical application.
