In this session, learners synthesise discovery data into a cohesive Change Management Strategy. The workshop focuses on selecting strategic interventions that best fit the organisation's culture and the project's complexity. Participants develop a "Change Strategy – First Look" presentation for socialising initial thinking with senior leaders and sponsors.
This workshop, whilst is a stand-alone option, requires participants to have an understanding of the change discovery and assessment process, current and future state along with completion of an initial stakeholder analysis to create the First Look.
Activities include drafting leadership-endorsed key messages, defining risk, scope and complexity, communication channels and building a high-level change roadmap with milestones for engagement and training.
The outcome is a signed-off strategy that ensures alignment between technical and people workstreams.
All change professionals, communication and learning professionals, project professionals, HR, Agile coaches, Scrum masters and business leads.
Participant workbook, templates and tools, assessment templates and reference materials.
Laptop and work example (optional).
