This workshop utilises the ASPIRE Assessment phase to understand the landscape of a transformation.
Participants apply the McKinsey 7-S framework to identify key areas of shift across strategy, structure, systems, values, style, staff and skills.
Learners explore "Discovery" questions: What is changing? Who is impacted? When and why?
Key activities include analysing strategic vs. tactical impacts and assessing upstream and downstream shifts. Key to business adoption of change is understanding risk, how to assess, prioritise and size and this is possible through the initial Change Impact Assessment process.
The workshop concludes with the creation of a high-level change heat map providing early visual insights into where change efforts must be concentrated to mitigate disruption.
All change professionals, communication and learning professionals, project professionals, HR, Agile coaches, Scrum Masters.
Participant workbook, templates and tools, assessment templates and reference materials.
Laptop and work example (optional).
