This workshop is very interactive and employs a simulation challenge to assess how well we work together. The results are then measured using the Human Synergistics Group Styles Inventory which assesses how well we work together, not only compared to our individual results, but also to other teams and to the results benchmarked against 700 other teams. These results will form a foundation to develop the collective skills around constructive differing and challenging, interpersonal and collaborative skills, advanced communication and feedback skills and setting the agreed above and below the line behaviours we will operate by.
Importantly participants gain insight into different constructive and/or ineffective types of behaviours as well as how others are impacted those behaviours and how we experience team interactions differently, along with the potential impact of this on our collective effectiveness.
This session is for teams who desire a measurable outcome. The most recent use of the process by team of 40 improved their ability to work together by 40% . This included a collective view that less time is now wasted, there is greater engagement in the decision making process, better quality decisions are being made and there is less stress. A compelling argument.
For another team the commitment to safety improved and the number of suggestions to improve safety increased significantly.
The process is challenging, thought provoking on both an individual and collective levels (and engaging too). It will provide insights and have application long after the initial workshop has ended.
This workshop is for intact teams, new or mature teams, project and leadership teams who want to enhance their collective synergy and effectiveness and be able to measure their improvement.
The workshop is for any group who has the desire to utilise more of the collective potential, promote a speak up team environment and enhance the commitment to the collective decisions and improve both interpersonal and rational decision making skills.
This workshop is also for those teams who wish to monitor their improvement over longer periods and not just participate in a one off exercise.
All simulations, Group Style inventories (GSI) and participants workbooks are supplied
