    About the facilitator

    With over 30 years of experience working with more than 200 organisations, and over 30,000 people in seven different countries, Steven Ball excels in facilitating to all areas of an organisation, from Hi-Vis staff to Executive teams and one on one coaching senior leaders.

    Steven's professional Socratic style has enabled him to work effectively with a large array of people, from senior executives to those less fortunate.

    Steven has delivered the Pacific Institute program "Investment in Leadership Excellence" over 300 times and in seven countries and has facilitated Leading Self and Others, which incorporates the LSI 360 feedback tool plus personal and leadership development strategies, to over 500 senior leaders. With Fonterra I completed an implementation of a personal development program to 7000 staff in four countries and trained 110 facilitators.

    Local government - City of Darwin, Palmerston, South Sydney, Bellarine, Uralla Shire, Warringah and the City of Whittlesea
    Education - NT Education, Qld Education, NSW Education, SA Education and Tasmanian Catholic Education.
    Finance - Westpac, ANZ , NAB, Credit Union SA, ING. KMPG NT and AMP
    Manufacturing - Alcoa, Portland Aluminium, Bradken, Alcan, Schweppes, CCaAmatil, CUB and Fonterra

    Steven’s first book was published by the AFL and provided to over 2000 junior coaches. He is currently completing a book on leadership, culture and belief based safety.
