The Self Actualising Style workshop dissects the style and provides a clear understanding of its importance from a range of perspectives - individual, leadership, organisational, customer service and team work and its potential impact on behaviour and culture.
For the leaders, specific strategies that promote the style are discussed along with the drivers of a self actualised culture are presented in a way that is challenging and useable.
Examples of what organisations are implementing are also presented.
The importance of role modelling the style and our credibility feature strongly as does the concept that everything we do or say or don't do or say sends a message so we need to be mindful of the messages we are sending about what we value.
The latest HSI Australian data is presented to underpin the importance of the style in relation to customer service and leadership effectiveness.
This workshop is for those wishing to gain a greater understanding of the Self Actualising style and its potential impact on our personal, leadership and team member effectiveness. It is also for those who have or may complete a Human Synergistics LSI 360 and want to either consolidate or develop the style.
For leaders, it is quite specific in promoting a respectful culture, that welcomes divergent opinions, a speak up culture and a high level of trust.
It is for those who are curious and have a desire to develop themselves and want to coach others to improve also.
This workshop would also benefit those who have completed the HSI LSI 360 training and wish to consolidate their understanding of the Actualising Style and also gain an understanding of the Styles application to culture and team development.
