The workshop is tailored for employees to assist them in understanding the nature of accountability versus responsibility and understanding the correlation between a mindset of accountability and our levels of motivation, commitment and self esteem.
The workshop provides a step by step process for having accountability conversations before we give over our word and promise to ensure the expectations around the task are clear, achievable and what support can we expect.
The workshop should only be delivered to staff of the leader who genuinely wants a speak up culture and one of accountability. The leader should be comfortable in being challenged to clarify what their expectations are.
This workshop is for those in a non leadership role who need to understand the scope and nature of accountability. the power of their word and promise and the impact of agreeing to tasks you know are not achievable.
The program is interactive , challenging and a component of staff development and the promotion of a culture of accountability.
