While most organisations have focused on measuring and planning for employee engagement, there is an element of engagement, psychological safety, that has been identified as necessary for high performance teams. Ensuring that we can bring out the best in our teams requires us to make sure that all voices are heard and diversity of thought is embraced as an advantage, not a problem. In this 2 hour workshop we will focus on the basic tools and behaviours to create and maintain this vital ingredient of trrue teams.

Her qualifications include: Bachelor of Arts, University of South Alabama; Graduate Certificate eCommerce and Web Design (Georgia Tech); Advanced Diploma of Management; Diploma of Professional Coaching; Certificate IV TAE16; Fellow Australian Institute of Management, Professionally Certified Coach. She is currently completing her Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology.
She has successfully led Learning and Development/OD projects in many diverse sectors including: WA Police, BHP Iron Ore, Bankwest, Verizon Wireless (US), City of Karratha, Sime-Darby (Malaysia), City of Swan, Pawsey Supercomputing, INPEX, City of Albany, West Coast Eagles, Telethon Kids, ECU, Curtin, AT&T (US), Synergy, WA Health Support Services, Perth Transport Authority and City of Perth.
Suzy understands that every situation requires unique tools and learning experiences and is certified in diagnostics such as Myers-Briggs Step 1 and 2 (MBTI); Belbin Team Roles, EQi 2.0: Individual, Leadership and 360; Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Centre for Creative Leadership Benchmarks and Skillscope; California Psychological Instrument (CPI). Additionally, she has been designing digital learning solutions to support blended learning for over 10 years using tools such Adobe Captivate, Camtasia (certified), Articulate Suite (Storyline3 + Rise) and Adobe Illustrator.
