Overview
Gallup’s research is unambiguous: 70% of the variance in team engagement is explained by the manager. The single most leveraged behaviour available to any leader is also the simplest — a regular, intentional, well-run conversation with each person they lead. Yet most one-on-ones are irregular, unstructured, and reactive. This workshop changes that.
Built on the One-on-One Advantage system, the day takes leaders inside the five conversations that build high-performing teams and the five capabilities that make them work. It is hands-on, honest, and immediately practical. Leaders leave with an assessment of every direct report against the Leadership Shift Model, real practice in running a Progress One-on-One, a clear-eyed view of what stands between them and a Growth conversation, a written 90-day implementation plan, and a peer accountability partner from the cohort.
This is the kick-off for the next 90 days of the way you lead.

Over his 25 years of experience, he has worked with some of the world’s largest manufacturing organisations such as Nestle, Pfizer, Procter and Gamble and locally with LION (the Australasian brewer) and in WA Utilities, Synergy and the Water Corporation.
Matt is passionate about coaching and supporting leaders and teams to be more adaptable in today’s fast changing and complex environment through sharing leadership capabilities that set leaders and teams up for sustainable success.
