The curriculum for the Affiliative Workshop provides great insights into the Human Synergistics Affiliative Style from a range of perspectives - the individual, the leader, the manager, the team and the organisational culture. The emphasis is in clarity of understanding of the characteristics of the style and the provision of useable skills to apply immediately.
Uniquely the workshop uses a simulation to assess the level of communication and synergy with a team as compared to the benchmark of 700 other teams and there is an opportunity to employ a Group Style Inventory to assess the behaviours that dominate and the participants' commitment to the collective decisions.
This workshop is very interactive, thought provoking and immediately applicable to a range of issues.
This workshop is for leaders who wish to promote greater teamwork, psychological safety and enhance the synergy and communication between team members. It will also assist those who desire to develop an organisational culture that promotes a feedback culture and collaboration. For the individual, it provides the skills to practice feedforward, feedback and the skills are provided to enhance the individual's communication and collaborative skills. For the intact team, the workshop will set the team's behavioural parameters and the opportunity to outline what we appreciate in other team members and to seek feedback on their own behaviour. For the LSI 360 recipient, the curriculum provides great insight into their own LSI Report.
All booklets, support materials and simulations are provided
