This half day session is a very interactive workshop, employing the latest information on how we think, and the assumptions and barriers to be mindful of. Case studies are utilised to add depth to the education and to the skills to assess the current situation and the horizon over the horizon.
The program frees up the think before a planning session and is tailored to the industry the participants are operating in.
Models and processes for effective Strategic Thinking are introduced such as Dynamic Thinking, PESTLE and Critical Thinking with the emphasis on application.
The importance of a speak up, psychologically safe environment is emphasised to gain maximum input from all for an effective outcome.
The workshop is designed for any group going into a planning process to free up the thinking and reassess the assumptions made in the last planning sessions which may no longer be relevant. An interactive workshop with simulations, scenarios and tailored information to the client's industry.
The workshop is also valuable for those moving into a large Project Planning phase.
