About the facilitator
Razz Khan has spent more than 30 years helping organisations improve performance through technology, marketing and business transformation. From the early days of the internet through to today's AI revolution, he has worked with executive teams, business owners and government funded programs to help organisations embrace change and turn innovation into measurable business outcomes.
Throughout his career, Razz has worked with organisations including IBM, Westpac, The Salvation Army, Jefferies & Company, Computer Based Solutions and Kenneth Cole, as well as thousands of Australian small and medium businesses. This breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective on the challenges organisations face at every stage of growth, from multinational enterprises through to founder led businesses.
His expertise sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, workflow automation, business systems and marketing strategy. Rather than teaching AI as another technology trend, Razz helps organisations identify operational friction, redesign business processes and build practical systems that improve productivity, reduce manual effort and support better decision making. Every workshop is designed to deliver practical outcomes that participants apply immediately within their own organisation.
Razz's professional experience is supported by qualifications across business, project management, marketing and education. He is a former CPA, an accredited PRINCE2 Project Manager, a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and holds a Master of Teaching. This combination allows him to bridge strategy, technology and learning, making complex concepts accessible to audiences ranging from frontline teams through to senior executives.
Known for his practical and engaging facilitation style, Razz combines real world experience with hands on learning. His workshops focus on solving genuine business challenges through structured frameworks, practical exercises and proven implementation strategies rather than theory alone.
Razz believes artificial intelligence is not about replacing people. It is about removing friction, improving decision making and giving people more time to focus on the work that creates the greatest value for their organisation.
