Overview
This 1-day program provides you with the opportunity to select tools and resources to build and maintain your emotional intelligence in the workplace through reflection of your personalised EQI 2.0 report and personalised goal-setting to both maximise strengths and leverage opportunities for growth for yourself and for your team.
This program utilises the EQi2.0 Workplace Report which is normed against an Australian-specific database so your results are measured against other Australians who have used the report, not another culture. This report is also designed to be used in the workplace and provides numerous measurable actions to be taken.

Who is this workshop for
This workshop will benefit all employees and teams to discuss and set goals around a topic that some people find difficult to provide feedback on: emotions in the workplace. We'll deeply explore emotional intelligence elements, how they show up at work and what actions can be taken to get even greater results for ourselves and for others.

You can change your emotional intelligence behaviours and therefore change your results and to assist you I'll provide you with your personalised EQI 2.0 Workplace Report, Reference Notes and Quick Reference Job Aids for application back in the workplace.

About the facilitator
With 20+ years of lived experience as a manager and leader with some of the globe’s largest international organisations, Suzy applies her real-world, award-winning experience to support the learning journeys of others through coaching, instructional design, facilitation and digital learning technologies.
Her accomplishments in the areas of product development, team and project leadership, change management, distribution, marketing communications and organisational development capability strategy have provided her with a rich blend of insight on how to meet the unique development needs of each participant.
Her qualifications include: Bachelor of Arts, University of South Alabama; Graduate Certificate eCommerce and Web Design (Georgia Tech); Advanced Diploma of Management; Diploma of Professional Coaching; Certificate IV TAE16; Fellow Australian Institute of Management, Professionally Certified Coach. She is currently completing her Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology.
She has successfully led Learning and Development/OD projects in many diverse sectors including: WA Police, BHP Iron Ore, Bankwest, Verizon Wireless (US), City of Karratha, Sime-Darby (Malaysia), City of Swan, Pawsey Supercomputing, INPEX, City of Albany, West Coast Eagles, Telethon Kids, ECU, Curtin, AT&T (US), Synergy, WA Health Support Services, Perth Transport Authority and City of Perth.
Suzy understands that every situation requires unique tools and learning experiences and is certified in diagnostics such as Myers-Briggs Step 1 and 2 (MBTI); Belbin Team Roles, EQi 2.0: Individual, Leadership and 360; Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Centre for Creative Leadership Benchmarks and Skillscope; California Psychological Instrument (CPI). Additionally, she has been designing digital learning solutions to support blended learning for over 10 years using tools such Adobe Captivate, Camtasia (certified), Articulate Suite (Storyline3 + Rise) and Adobe Illustrator.
