How leaders communicate defines how teams perform. The clarity, authority, and empathy a leader brings to every conversation, from performance discussions to strategic briefings, shapes the culture, trust, and capability of the people around them. Yet most leaders have received little deliberate development in how they communicate.
This workshop is built specifically for leaders and focuses on the communication skills that matter most in leadership: influence, clarity under pressure, navigating conflict, delivering feedback, and holding high-stakes conversations with confidence. Leaders leave with strengthened communication skills and a sharper awareness of the patterns that either build or quietly undermine their effectiveness.
Leaders and managers at all levels who want to strengthen the communication skills that most directly affect their leadership effectiveness. Equally relevant for those preparing for more senior roles and those who want to increase their influence, authority, and impact in high-stakes conversations
Leadership communication style diagnostic, influence and authority frameworks, feedback conversation tools, and a high-stakes conversation preparation guide
A current communication challenge or a high-stakes leadership conversation they want to prepare for
