Stakeholder management is less about managing people and more about managing relationships, expectations, and the flow of information in complex environments. Leaders and project owners who do it well don't just communicate clearly; they understand what different stakeholders care about, when to consult versus inform, and how to maintain alignment when priorities conflict. This workshop builds practical skills for mapping the stakeholder landscape, tailoring communication to different audiences, and building the credibility needed to influence without authority.
Leaders, project managers, senior specialists, and anyone responsible for influencing or engaging stakeholders across the organisation or with external partners. Particularly useful for those managing complex projects, leading cross-functional work, or operating in matrix environments.
Stakeholder mapping templates, communication planning tools, influence and engagement frameworks, and a guide to managing upward
