Julia Maddison

Julia is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator for Leadership, Sales teams & corporate business individuals, both in the public and private sector for programs geared towards positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing as well as a full range of interpersonal skills and behavioural and personality profiling.

Julia has 18 years’ experience as a Learning and Development specialist which has seen her working in various levels of seniority and diverse work environments. She is passionate about empowering participants to reach their highest potential by inspiring them through her engaging and energising classes.

Along with Learning and Development, Julia has vast experience in working in Sales and Leadership positions.

Over many years within corporate businesses, Julia has dedicated her career to educating and enriching the lives of employees on reaching their highest potential through an excellent range of Positive Psychology and soft skill programs. She has also dedicated her time to over 600 coaching sessions focusing on understanding Strengths to unlock their potential.

In 2018, Julia headed up a project that was focused on the growth and wellbeing of employees, providing them with evidence-based tools that they could incorporate into their daily lives to enhance their performance and to live and work well. In 2018 Julia was recognised with an outstanding achievement award for her dedication to employees’ growth and development.

In 2019 and 2020, Julia was also awarded the prestigious Learn X Platinum award for Best Wellbeing project, Wellbeing strategy and best wellbeing team.
