What Catherine noticed from having worked for over two decades as a leader in big corporations was that there were many leaders out there who had the capacity and potential to be extraordinary. Yet experience had shown her that those leaders were not taking time to discover for themselves what their special strengths were and what future actions they wanted to take to influence, empower and inspire others.
Catherine wanted to turn that leadership potential into reality and set out to transform individuals and corporations through empowering self-discovery in one-on-one coaching and team workshop sessions and by equipping managers and teams to drive results through clear management practices.
To this day, Catherine is very intentional about the work she wants to do and the people she wants to do it with. Her mission is to enable those responsible for managing people to be extraordinary leaders who bring about team performance that benefits individuals, teams and corporations.

These span People & Capability, Culture, Business Improvement & Innovation and Operations, providing her with sound and diverse stakeholder relationships, a wholistic, systematic and future-oriented understanding of how the organisation works and how to mitigate risks – all while driving organisational change in support of operational excellence.
A significant component of her current and past responsibilities has entailed leading and developing teams to optimise core business, drive compliance, design strategies, deliver against state-wide business plans and hit performance as well as financial targets.
She has established multi-disciplined teams to implement programs that build and improve safety, processes, infrastructure, and contract performance across businesses.
