Many of the challenges that arise in organisations were at one time avoidable if time and effort had been used upfront for collaboration; we often unconsciously create or inherit boundaries with other teams that are a barrier to leveraging diversity of thought and perspectives.
In this workshop, we will begin with identifying personal values and exploring how they connect with organisational values. We will then introduce The Centre for Creative Leadership's model for spanning boundaries and dive into the types of boundaries most frequently encountered, the strategies that can be applied and the tactics that deliver results.
