In this workshop, we focus on the research into the causes and the actions that leaders can take to maintain their compassion levels through:
- Self-reflection
- Evaluating the current and desired emotional culture of the team
- Exploring personal levels of the different types of empathy
- Action-planning for self-wellbeing action plans
- Evidence-based practices
Through discussion, activities and self-paced out-of-workshop activities, this program will assist healthcare people leaders to identify opportunities and tools to not only increase levels of compassion within the team, but also encourage actions for self-compassion to model the way for the team members.
