And there are so many elements of diversity that we need to articulate and claim. To do this, leaders need to explore our own bias when it comes to people who are different than us and create psychologically safe, inclusive environments. Highly diverse teams that embrace their differences are proven to be better problem-solvers and value creators and the effort and time to use these as a strength not only expands the potential of the team for performance but can assist in growing all the individuals within the team. In this workshop, we will explore the tools and mindsets to leverage diversity as a benefit within our teams.
