Overview
In today’s complex and rapidly changing business landscape, success hinges on teams being more adaptive and responsive to internal and external changing requirements.
This workshop explores the key approaches required in a complex environment, what an agile mindset is and explores a lightweight approach to leverage many of the benefits of Agile without full deployment of Agile ways of working methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
