    Overview

    Engaging with the public is an increasingly challenging task as we see tensions, division, and difference of opinion resulting in conflict. Sadly, many volunteers and front-line workers are also having to engage with people suffering mental health challenges which can make for a volatile situation.

    This workshop has been designed to empower your team with an understanding of the risks and tools on how to de-escalate conflict situations in a safe way.

    This workshop is highly interactive so your team have the confidence to apply learnings in the field.
