Alison Jardie

Alison Jardie brings extensive experience in leadership, management consultancy and organisational development, with a career spanning the public and private sectors. She has spent seven years in management consultancy, working on projects focused on change, transformation and human resources, followed by ten years in the Queensland Public Sector, where she held leadership positions, including Director-level roles. For the past 20 years, Alison has led her own business, delivering projects in leadership development and coaching, supporting individuals and organisations to strengthen leadership capability, navigate change and achieve meaningful outcomes.

One example of her coaching impact involved a mid-to-senior-level leader who was struggling to engage her team. Over the course of a six-session coaching programme, the leader developed a clear team engagement plan, regained personal motivation and acquired practical tools to support her ongoing development. She reported significant improvements in her relationships with her team and her overall job satisfaction. In another example, Alison designed and delivered a group coaching programme that empowered senior leaders to implement a coaching culture within their workplace, fostering a more supportive and development-focused leadership environment.

Alison works with individuals who are motivated to grow and embrace change, including technical experts transitioning into leadership roles.
