About the coach
Professional background
Catherine is a global citizen, being a tri-lingual business leader with more than twenty years’ experience in operations services and centres of excellence within financial services and utilities in Switzerland, England and Australia.
Catherine has assumed a wide range of business agenda setting roles. These span People & Capability, Culture, Business Improvement & Innovation and Operations, providing her with sound and diverse stakeholder relationships, a wholistic, systematic and future-oriented understanding of how the organization works and how to mitigate risks – all while driving organizational change in support of operational excellence.
A significant component of her current and past responsibilities has entailed leading and developing teams to optimize core business, drive compliance, design strategies, deliver against state-wide business plans and hit performance as well as financial targets.
She has established multi-disciplined teams to implement programs that build and improve safety, processes, infrastructure, and contract performance across businesses.
Coaching process
Catherine partners with individuals in one-on-one conversations. The thought-provoking and creative process is designed to solve problems, get clear on aspirations and inspire clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
The insights gained during the coaching conversations leads clients to consciously driving better workplace wellbeing and high performing teams. At times, they can also lead to career changes or promotions as clients align their personal values to the ones of the organisation.
Coaching achievements and results
Catherine gets excellent results with executive to mid-tier managers within private and government organisations who are ready to create high performing teams, as well as women from diverse and at times under-privileged backgrounds who are ready to lead, grow, innovate and get ready for their next career opportunity.
