Feedback is one of the most important drivers of growth and performance, yet it is one of the conversations leaders most consistently mishandle or avoid. Vague feedback creates confusion, harsh feedback creates defensiveness, and missing feedback creates drift. This workshop gives participants practical feedback frameworks and communication tools that make these conversations clearer, less loaded, and more useful. The goal is feedback that actually changes behaviour and a team culture where feedback flows in every direction.
Leaders, managers, and team members who give and receive feedback as part of their role. Equally useful for those wanting to give feedback upward or laterally across an organisation.
Feedback frameworks (SBI and variations), preparation worksheets, language guides, and a feedback culture diagnostic
A piece of feedback they have been holding onto or have struggled to deliver
