Today, 5 generations are in the workforce: Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Baby Boomers, and the Silent Generation. While some motivations differ, they do share similar desires. Employees of all generations, for example, want to work on teams with people they trust and care about. Creating a team dynamic that works for everyone is essential — and it can be done.
This practical session will explore the latest research on what makes multi-generational teams thrive under pressure and will include relevant activities to ensure what is learnt can be put into practice.
This workshop is for those who have diverse teams and who need to gain a better understanding about how to manage inter-generational teams.

Ali has led teams to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders relating to the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR strategic initiatives such as organisational culture, capability, change management, organisation design, as well as talent and leadership development.
Ali is an expert at creating a high-performance culture and is especially proficient at solving difficult and unwieldy problems. Ali has a keen curiosity in the people and organisation aspects of business transformations and has significant experience relating to how the future of work will impact organisational capability and effectiveness. Ali’s strengths are in her capacity to link academic research to pragmatic and creative solutions to solve problems.
Ali holds a degree in French and History from the University of Manchester in the UK and is an alumnus of the London Business School having completed their courses in Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations and Managing the Company of the Future. Ali also holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ali is also working towards her Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Executive Coaching.
