This two-day workshop is designed to empower leaders through the practice of conscious breathing, enriching their leadership qualities and approaches. With a rich experience spanning over two decades, Dr. Nancy has carved a niche for herself in the realm of leadership with her expertise and insights finding their way into various journal articles, reflecting her extensive research and experience across diverse sectors.
A life-long learner at heart, Dr. Nancy leverages her academic prowess and practical experience to foster the growth and development of individuals, teams, and organisations. Her work spans across not-for-profit business and education sectors, as well as corporate environments at both local and national levels. Her commitment to supporting others extends beyond her professional life, as she generously devotes time to various community groups.
Dr. Nancy’s passion lies in working with people, inviting them to be cognisant of their presence and impact on themselves and others. She respectfully challenges individuals to scrutinise their biases, fixed mindsets, and approaches to leadership, management, and communication. With a keen focus on neuroscience, quality coaching, and mentoring, Dr. Nancy has been instrumental in supporting numerous individuals and organisations in their journey towards growth and development.

In 2022, Dr. Nancy received the ACEL Fellowship Award, and her research was recognised with the WAIER Western Australian Educational Research Award. In 2021, Dr. Nancy was honoured with the ACEL Certificate of Excellence in Educational Leadership, and in 2020, Dr Nancy was awarded the ACEL New Voice Scholarship Award.
