Overview
These facilitated sessions have been designed to develop innovative solutions to a specific burning issue your business faces. The issue may relate to products, services, business model, operational processes, people and culture, supply chain, and route to market. The sessions bring a balanced approach combining both creative innovation and operational implementation. During the session you and your management team will apply ISO56000 based innovation activities to a specific problem to develop solutions that are desirable, viable and feasible. More importantly during the workshop you will learn both the process and the tools used so you can repeat them internally to innovate around future burning issues!
