Her work spans across not-for-profit business and education sectors, as well as corporate environments at both local and national levels. Her commitment to supporting others extends beyond her professional life, as she generously devotes time to various community groups.
As a leadership, management and communication consultant, Dr. Nancy’s passion lies in working with people, inviting them to be cognisant of their presence and impact on themselves and others. She respectfully challenges individuals to scrutinise their biases, fixed mindsets, and leadership, management, and communication approaches. In 2022, Dr. Nancy received the ACEL Fellowship Award, and her research was recognised with the WAIER Western Australian Educational Research Award. In 2021, Dr. Nancy was honoured with the ACEL Certificate of Excellence in Educational Leadership, and in 2020, Dr Nancy was awarded the ACEL New Voice Scholarship Award.
