We all know change is inevitable and yet we find it difficult to deal with, especially if it isn’t our idea. More than half of the change programmes that are initiated fail to achieve their goals. A critical element in all of this is how the people involved respond and commit to the change process. This workshop gives insight, using a neuroscience lens, to explain why it can be so difficult and how these barriers can be overcome to be able to achieve success.
