Recommended for management and new-to-management level staff, this workshop is designed to motivate team members to reflect on their communication styles and learn how to use confident communication techniques in real workplace situations to build trust with team, clients and other stakeholders. The workshop features visual examples, role-play, discussion and exercises designed to build confidence and skills in situations such as leading a meeting, networking, presenting, client communications and challenging conversations.
Leadership can be consulted to inform your workshop’s focus points and feedback is given on participant concerns, strengths and areas to work on, following the workshop. Ongoing post-workshop support is also available, such as leadership team advisory, or 1-to-1/Team mentoring and coaching with the facilitator.
This workshop is recommended for management and new-to-management staff. Although it can be adapted for any level, it is recommended that workshop participants are at the same stage or have similar needs, in order to plan for relevant communication scenarios.
This workshop can be facilitated online or in-person.
