    Workshop:
    Fatigue Management: Why Sleep Matters

    Overview

Busy days lead to busy lives and sleep is left out of the plan for better quality of life and living. People put themselves and others at risk by ignoring the signs of fatigue and trying to push through. Lack of sleep limits capabilities for thinking, planning and solving problems innovatively. It also leads to impaired physical functioning making it highly risky to drive or operate machinery.

This programme enables you to understand sleep and how it is the key to better performance for both cognitive and physical functioning.
