This workshop is designed to give employees at all levels of the business an understanding of what behaviours constitute bullying and harassment and the effects of these behaviours on individuals, families, colleagues and businesses.
It equips employees with the knowledge to understand the motivations for their own and others’ bullying and harassing behaviours, engages them in developing a set of acceptable behaviours that they own, and the means to hold themselves and their peers accountable to these behaviours and embed them long term as part of a new workplace culture without bullying and harassment.
