Dr Nancy Pavisich

With a rich experience spanning over two decades, Dr. Nancy has carved a niche for herself in the realm of leadership with her expertise and insights finding their way into various journal articles, reflecting her extensive research and experience across diverse sectors.

A life-long learner at heart, Dr. Nancy leverages her academic prowess and practical experience to foster the growth and development of individuals, teams, and organisations. Her work spans across not-for-profit business and education sectors, as well as corporate environments at both local and national levels. Her commitment to supporting others extends beyond her professional life, as she generously devotes time to various community groups.

As a leadership, management and communication consultant, Dr. Nancy’s passion lies in working with people, inviting them to be cognisant of their presence and impact on themselves and others. She respectfully challenges individuals to scrutinise their biases, fixed mindsets, and leadership, management, and communication approaches. With a keen focus on neuroscience, quality coaching, and mentoring, Dr. Nancy has supported numerous individuals and organisations in their journey toward growth and development.

Dr Nancy is a multi-award winner. In 2024, she was a finalist for the Learning Professional and Learning Consultant of the Year Awards for the Institute of Learning Practitioners for the Asia Pacific Region. In 2022, Dr. Nancy received the ACEL Fellowship Award, and her research was recognised with the WAIER Western Australian Educational Research Award. In 2021, Dr. Nancy was honoured with the ACEL Certificate of Excellence in Educational Leadership, and in 2020, Dr Nancy was awarded the ACEL New Voice Scholarship Award.
