    Mark is an accomplished business leader with a strong track record of driving growth across diverse industries, including healthcare and business consulting. As a CEO, he has successfully led organisations through significant expansion and transformation.

    Mark scaled a business from a small team of five to a national organisation with 35 staff, delivering services to high-profile clients such as BlueScope, Victoria University, and Austal Ships.

    After briefly retiring in 2016, he found himself drawn to consulting in 2020, leveraging his experience to design and deliver professional development programs for executive teams at organisations including Visy, Mediterranean Shipping Company, The Y, BBQs Galore, Novoplan, Planet Fitness, and MEDLOG Oceania. Additionally, he provides executive mentoring to senior leaders at companies such as Visy, Ventia, PwC, BBQs Galore, and The Y.

    Mark works closely with leadership teams to strengthen their capabilities and foster high-performance cultures, delivering practical, measurable outcomes. His approach is rooted in building trust, loyalty, and motivation while equipping individuals with the skills to drive performance through enhanced accountability.
